Born in Babag, Opon, Cebu to Generoso and Alberta Tumulak. Christened Angelito although I am not that small. Finished my elementary school in Cantabaco, Toledo City where my father works as heavy equipment mechanic in the now defucnt ATLAS MINING. Was sent back to Lapulapu City to start my highschool in 1966 at the St. Alphonsus' Catholic School where I graduated in 1970. Took up Associate in Nautical Science in the now closed Cebu Polytechnic School and graduated in 1972. Presently I am a holder of a Master Mariner license. Likes to sail, see historical places I only saw in books before.
